3 years after our wedding, we finally had the chance to go away on a proper vacation. A week in Negril, Jamaica is still one of my favorite memories. On our final night, we enjoyed this sunset on a beautiful beach. I was a little sad to be at the of our trip but also filled with gratitude for an amazing week. The sunset was a perfect reflection of all I was feeling. It took me 7 years to get around to painting this, and it is one of my most challenging paintings because the colors were so tough to capture.
